TrEST Research Park and MathWorks Webinar: Modeling of EV Motor Dynamometer Using MATLAB/Simulink
TrEST Research Park, together with MathWorks, hosted a webinar on “Modeling of EV Motor Dynamometer using MATLAB/Simulink”, aimed at inspiring students, faculty, industry professionals, and startups to explore advanced EV modeling techniques. The session was conducted by MATLAB Team - Raghunath Rachabattuni, Shivaprasad Narayan, and Debanand Singdeo.
The webinar provided participants with hands-on insights into EV motor modeling, control development, virtual dynamometer setup, and implementing closed-loop dynamometer systems on hardware. Attendees also received an exclusive preview of Kerala’s first Drive Train Lab at TrEST, making it an ideal learning platform for enhancing simulation skills, optimizing R&D, and accelerating design with model-based strategies.
